Online Yearbook Photos
Thank you to the great folks over at SmugMug. The hosting service for many professional photographers and image companies has donated our new Web-home for photos and videos ... free...for life! This is a great way to keep the St. Raymond's students, families, extended families and friends up to date and amazed by what we are doing! Either copy/paste the link from your browser -or- click the "Share" button above the photo...Easy
This site has been arranged by year and then by grade. School-wide events like Jog-A-Thon (get your pledges in!!) will be on the main page under the appropriate year ("Category"). Grade specific events like field trips will go in their appropriate grade ("sub-category"). All school sports, regardless of grade, will go into the "Sports Section" for each year. This way, after you have seen your team, spend a minute to see what incredible things the other teams are doing (This is not a 'recruiting' site so no poaching from the JV's ;-)
NEW FEATURE! You can now order photo prints, gifts etc... directly from this site! No more downloading, editing, uploading, driving around to pick up... there are links above each photo to add photos into a 'shopping cart'! It's easy and good for the school! Huh? Yes, all of the profit from purchases from our site go directly to the school!! Save Time, Effort and Gas Money while helping the school.
PLEASE feel warmly encouraged to submit your photos for sharing on this site. Almost as much fun as seeing oneself in pictures is seeing your friends and reliving the memories of the particular events... Only have a couple of good ones from an event? Send those to SRSphotos(at)TomOwen(dot)NET. I hope you enjoy the new site and visit often, share comments and forward photos to your friends and family. If you have any questions, comments or see some photos out of place, feel welcome to send me a note at SRSphotos(at)TomOwen(dot)NET
8th Grade Varsity Baskteball Dominance!
Congratulations to the 8th Grade Varisty Girls and Boys! Both teams won the PPSL Championships this past weekend in games played at Serra High School. The girls' team won their first championship in years, highlighted by a come-from-behind effort to beat St. Matthew's. The boys' team completed a three-year sweep of the PPSL league, winning the North-South Championship with a tough win over OLA. Over the course of their incredible run (6th-7th-8th) the team lost only one league game.
