Dear Golfer:
The Twenty-Third Annual St. Raymond Men's Club Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, May 19th, 2008, at the exclusive Sharon Heights Country Club. Proceeds from the tournament support the St. Raymond Cardinals Girls and Boys Athletic Program for the 2008-2009 school year. With your support, we plan to raise over $18,000 for new equipment and improvements to the gym and the playing field.
The tournament uses a scramble format with each team consisting of 5 players. Put your own groups together, or sign up as a single and we will put you on a team. Women and co-ed teams are encouraged! The tournament begins with a shotgun tee-off at 12:30 p.m. Registration begins at 11:00 a.m. Your entry fee of $250 includes: Green Fees, Lunch, Tee Prizes, Golf Cart, Beer & Soda, Awards Dinner (at St. Raymond) For tax purposes, the value of the golf tournament is $150.
Can't make the tournament? Join us back at St. Raymond for the Awards Dinner immediately following the tournament (5:30). For just $20.00 per person, enjoy a scrumptious BBQ dinner with all the fixin's. To enter the tournament, fill in the entry form below and return it, along with your check payable to St. Raymond Men's Club, in the pre-addressed envelope provided. Be sure to include your name, address and phone number as well as the names of any guests you would like to include on your team. All entries must be received by May 14, 2008
Become a Sponsor! Three levels of tax deductible sponsorships are available for your family or business:
Hole Sponsor: $350.00 - includes no golf, 2 for dinner.
Hole Sponsor: $600.00 - includes 1 entry fee, 2 for dinner.
Team Sponsor: $1,600 - includes 5 entry fees, 10 for dinner.
Both Sponsorships include recognition in all tournament promotions.
