Pilates
St. Raymond's is now offering Pilates classes to help you get fit and stay in shape! Christine Pimlott, (mother to Jack, 2nd Grade) is a certified Pilates Instructor. She has offered her expertise to the St. Raymond's community for a discounted rate of $12/class (normal fee usually $20/hour). These classes will be sold in packets of 6 classes. The classes will be held once a week in the parish center from 8-9am. All you need to bring is a yoga mat! Call or email Christine at Christinepimlott@yahoo.com or 368-6813

St. Raymond's Adopt-a-Family Program
We would like to give your family the opportunity to participate in a different community service for the school year. St. Raymond's will support the efforts of an organization called The Community Action Agency of San Mateo County, Inc. (CAA). CAA is a San Carlos based, federally funded, organization that helps low income families in the San Mateo County.

We will be setting up this program for the 2008 - 2009 school year. Our part of the program would entail providing "holiday" amenities to a specific family for four major holidays. One St. Raymond family will be matched up with a CAA family for the school year.

This is a great way for your whole family to get involved. We hope you will! You and your children will have first hand experience in community service and the personal feeling of really making a difference to a family that needs assistance. If you are interested please call or email me!
