All tours begin with a welcome and introduction by our principal, followed by a guided tour of the school. In addition, we encourage families to attend our Open House 11:00AM-12:30PM, Sunday, January 26, 2025. APPLY ONLINE AND SUBMIT SUPPORTING DOCUMENTs

Applications for Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Kindergarten are accepted throughout the school year based on available space. All applications are completed and submitted electronically. St. Raymond School uses the Ravenna Online Admissions System to process new student/sibling(s) applications for the 2023-2024 school year.

The application process begins by creating a Ravenna account profile. Visit Apply to STR to complete the online application. In addition, applicants will need to complete the grade level student evaluation form (teacher recommendation). A successful application will have every item checked off as “complete” once processed by Admissions team.

Age Requirements:

• Transitional Kindergarten: student must be four (4) years old on or before September 1 of that year
• Kindergarten: student must be five (5) years old on or before September 1 of that year

INTERVIEW

Once your application has been received, your family will be able to schedule an interview with our principal. This is an opportunity for the admissions team to learn more about your family and for you to learn more about St. Raymond School.

NOTIFICATION

Applicants will receive an electronic letter through Ravenna indicating their acceptance status. The expected notification dates for the various grade levels are listed under Admission Dates. Once a student is accepted, the next step is to complete the registration process by submitting the requested forms and fees. Applicants will be accepted on the following basis:

• St. Raymond's is a parish school. Children of registered parish families, who meet the admission criteria, will be given first consideration.
• Catholics out-of-parish will be given next consideration.
• If space is available, any other applicant will be given consideration.

Applications for transitional kindergarten through seventh grade are accepted throughout the school year based on available space. The application process begins by creating a Ravenna account profile. Through your Ravenna account you can view and track deadlines for every required step of the St. Raymond School application through a convenient checklist on the Ravenna portal. The application process will be considered complete when all required steps have every item checked off as “complete” once processed by our Admission Team.
