Tuition Assistance

Tuition Assistance is available for families who are committed to attending St. Raymond School through the Archdiocese of San Francisco tuition assistance program, the BASIC Fund, and the Sister Ann Bernard O'Shea Scholarship Fund. The Archdiocese of San Francisco awards grants to families living within the confines of the Archdiocese (Marin, San Francisco, and San Mateo counties), on a need basis until funds are exhausted. To qualify and be considered for Archdiocesan tuition assistance and/or the Sister Ann Bernard O'Shea Scholarship Fund, families are required to apply to both the BASIC Fund and myTADS.

How To Apply for tuition assistance: Families are required to apply to both the BASIC Fund and myTADS

  • The BASIC Fund: Apply for the 2024-2025 school year by March 29. Applications will be accepted up until July 31, but applications received after the March 29 deadline will be placed on a wait-list. For information refer to webpage BASIC Fund.
  • myTADS: The Archdiocese of San Francisco Family Grant uses TADS, a third-party needs evaluation company, to collect financial data for processing tuition assistance applications. Applicants are ranked based on financial need. Within the limit of available funds, the Archdiocese of San Francisco Family Grant will then award financial aid. The annual deadline for submitting all information is April 15. Late applications will not be considered. To apply, visit mytads.com and complete the application. Our school code for St. Raymond is AF05590. For questions regarding TADS, call 800.477.8237. This is the same application process used for school and parish specific scholarships.

Families MUST re-apply for tuition assistance each school year in order to qualify. Failure to apply on time will result in the reallocation of your tuition funds to an alternate applicant.

St. Raymond Tuition Assistance

The Sister Ann Bernard O’Shea Scholarship Fund was founded when Sr. Ann retired in 2011. This fund in addition to the financial aid given by the Archdiocese has helped numerous families who would not otherwise have had the resources to attend St. Raymond School. This scholarship is dependent upon the generosity of our community.

How to apply for the Sister Ann Bernard O'Shea Scholarship Fund

  • Families must complete the Financial Assistance Scholarship Application and submit an application to both the BASIC Fund and myTADS.
  • Visit mytads.com and complete the application. Our school code for St. Raymond is AF05590. For questions regarding TADS, call 800.477.8237. Please note: only one myTADS application submission is required.
