The annual St. Raymond School Auction is our largest fundraiser of the year. Auction 2017 will take place on Saturday, November 11 at the Menlo Circus Club. Auction proceeds benefit the specific needs of the school. Not only is the auction a significant source of revenue to benefit our students, but it is also a great way to celebrate our school community with a fantastic party!
DONATE • UNDERWRITE • ATTEND • SPEND
FAMILY DONATION: Each St. Raymond School family is expected to donate an item (or items) for the auction. Success depends on you! Donations should be delivered to the School Office. If you need assistance with delivery, please contact Laura Smith.
Donations are key to the success of the St. Raymond Auction Gala. Are you wondering what you can donate to this year’s auction? No item is too big or too small. Donate by the following deadlines to receive rewards for your kiddos!
- September 28 • Birthday Dress + 1 Homework Pass
- October 12 • 1 Homework Pass
- October 26 • (all physical items received by this date)
CLASS GIFTS: It is a tradition at St. Raymond's School for each grade to work together to generate, create and donate a Class Gift to the Auction. Each family is asked by the school to contribute toward the underwriting of the class gift. The suggested donation is $25 minimum for each child's Class Gift. We ask that families with multiple children contribute to each of their children's classes.
SOLICIT DONATIONS: Pulling in donations from family, friends and business contacts in our local community and from far away is a great way to contribute to our school! Please send them the following Solicitation Letter and link to our Auction 2017 Site for them to donate. If they are "old school" and would rather not fill out an online form, they can use this : Donor Form and you can submit the donation on their behalf to our Auction 2017 Site.
UNDERWRITE (Monetary Sponsorships): You, as an individual, family or business, may also help the auction "bottom line" through Sponsorship or Underwriting. Your generosity will help pay for those auction costs that sink into our fundraising profits! Don't forget to ask your employer about Corporate Matching and fill out any required paperwork today.
Deadline to Underwrite is October 26.
Plan to join us on for Auction 2017-- November 11, 2017 at 5:00PM at the Menlo Circus Club located at 190 Park Lane, Atherton. We expect over 300 current families and friends of St. Raymond School to attend. The auction is the school’s biggest community-building event and our largest fundraiser. All families are invited and strongly encouraged to attend! Hundreds of items will be available for bidding before the auction event begins through an Online Auction as well as a Silent Auction and a spectacular Live Auction on the night of the event!
