If your child will not be at school, please call or email the office before 8:00 a.m. Please include your child's name, grade, and a detailed reason for the absence.
To maintain open lines of communication, it is recommended that you copy your child's homeroom teacher on the email. If requested, missed work packets will be available in the office at 3:00pm. Per school policy, future assignments are not available.
Parking lot controls are designed for the safety of the children. Please be prompt in picking up your child(ren) and other riders. Parents are to drive up to the last basketball standard (next to the fence) for dropping off or picking up their child(ren).
Please do not drop off your child(ren) on Arbor Road, Santa Cruz Avenue, in the Faculty Parking Lot or in front of the office. Children and parents are to use the crosswalks to walk to the school building.
After school, children wait for their parents with their class on the basketball court. The eldest children in multiple child families should walk to the youngest child’s class’ location to await pick-up. It is essential that students listen to teacher directions during this time to avoid any potential for injury. Please do not pick up your child(ren) on Arbor Road, Santa Cruz Avenue, in the Faculty Parking Lot or in front of the office.
Parents are to drive NO FASTER THAN 5MPH on campus. Parents are asked NOT to use cellular phones while driving through the pick-up or drop-off line.
Archdiocesan policy states that all visitors/volunteers to the school, including parents, must check in at the school office upon arrival and departure. All visitors must wear a visitor badge. Teachers are asked to send all parents arriving at their classrooms without a visitor badge to the office.
Only volunteers who are compliant with the Virtus Program will be allowed to volunteer with children and/or during school hours.
