Auction 2018

Off to the Races


The annual St. Raymond School Auction is our largest fundraiser of the year. Auction 2018 will take place on Saturday, November 10 at the Menlo Circus Club. We're hoping that every St. Raymond family will join in the race. We're counting on your time, talent and treasure! Auction proceeds benefit the specific needs of the school. Not only is the auction a significant source of revenue to benefit our students, but it is also a great way to celebrate our school community with a fantastic party!

FAMILY DONATION:
Support the auction-- donations are key to the success of the St. Raymond Auction Gala. Are you wondering what you can donate to this year’s auction? No item is too big or too small. Be creative, use your imagination-- here are some ideas to inspire you. Donations should be delivered to the School Office. Enter your Family Donation online.

CLASS GIFTS: It is a tradition at St. Raymond's School for each grade to work together to generate, create and donate a Class Gift to the Auction. Each family is asked by the school to contribute toward the underwriting of the class gift. The suggested donation is $25 minimum for each child's Class Gift. We ask that families with multiple children contribute to each of their children's classes. Donate Class Gift online.

SOLICIT DONATIONS: Solicit donations and contributions from family, friends and business contacts in our local and the larger community. Please forward the following Solicitation Letter and link to Auction 2018 Donate to donate items. A hard copy of the Donor Form is available or you can submit the donation on their behalf to our Auction 2018 site.

Important Dates:

  • Donate by September 28 for your child(ren) to receive a Birthday Dress pass
  • All donations due by October 19
  • All items due by October 26. Deliver to the School Office. If you need assistance with delivery, please contact Mary Coyle or Susan Rickard Hansen.

(Monetary Sponsorships): You, as an individual, family or business, may also help the auction through Sponsorship or Underwriting. Your generosity will help cover the costs associated with the creation of the actual event, thereby increasing the auction proceeds that go directly to the children of St. Raymond School! Don't forget to ask your employer about Corporate Matching and fill out any required paperwork today. Deadline to Underwrite is October 25. Sponsor or Underwrite
