The annual St. Raymond School Auction is our largest fundraiser of the year. Auction 2024 will take place on Saturday, November 9 at the Menlo Circus Club. We're hoping that every St. Raymond family will join us in our celebration of love and light. We're counting on your time, talent and treasure! Auction proceeds benefit the specific needs of the school. Not only is the auction a significant source of revenue to benefit our students, but it is also a great way to celebrate our school community with a fantastic party.

FAMILY DONATION: Support the auction-- donations are key to the success of the St. Raymond Auction event. Are you wondering what you can donate to this year’s auction? No item is too big or too small. Be creative, use your imagination-- here are some ideas to inspire you. Donations should be delivered to the School Office. Enter your Family Donation online.

CLASS GIFTS: It is a tradition at St. Raymond's School for each grade to work together to generate, create and donate a Class Gift to the Auction. Each family is asked by the school to contribute toward the underwriting of the class gift. The suggested donation is $25 minimum for each child's Class Gift. We ask that families with multiple children contribute to each of their children's classes. Ideas might include the first and eighth grade class quilts, Yeti camping packages, sport/picnic parties, etc. Donate Class Gift online.

SOLICIT DONATIONS: Solicit donations and contributions from family, friends and business contacts in our local and the larger community. Donor Form is available or you can submit the donation on their behalf to our Auction 2024 site.

Important Dates:

  • Donate by September 27 for your child(ren) to receive a Birthday Dress pass
  • Sponsor/and or Underwrite by October 25
  • Donation submission by Thursday, October 11
  • Donation item due by Thursday, October 24. Deliver to St. Raymond School office located at 1211 Arbor Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025 labeled with donor name and email confirmation.

FUND-A-NEED 2024 • A New School Kitchen


The kitchen is the heart of the home! Without fail, any party leads guests to gather in the kitchen as they share conversation and enjoy the meal prepared. Jesus placed great importance on the breaking of the bread as He spent time teaching over meals with his followers; eventually giving the ultimate sacrifice of his body, which we celebrate in the sharing of Communion bread. In that spirit, now is the time to breathe new life into our school kitchen so that we may break bread together in so many ways, with the kitchen serving as the heart of our school.

A new kitchen will open up endless possibilities: snack shack for games, after school enrichment programs, Spaghetti Dinner (without rental equipment), food for Fathers' and Mothers' Club events, and the ability for teachers to use the kitchen for class instruction. The list is endless! We challenge our community to fully fund a new school kitchen with our Fund-a-Need this year!

UNDERWRITE (Monetary Sponsorships): You, as an individual, family or business, may also help the auction through Sponsorship or Underwriting. Your generosity will help cover the costs associated with the creation of the actual event, thereby increasing the auction proceeds that go directly to the children of St. Raymond School! We invite you, as an individual, family or business, to contribute to Auction 2024 by becoming a Sponsor or an Underwriter for this year’s event. Your generosity will help cover the costs associated with the creation of the actual event, thereby increasing the auction proceeds that go directly to the children of St. Raymond School!
