Service Learning Program

The Service Learning Program is an integral part of life at St. Raymond School. Each year, the students participate in service projects that collect coats for the homeless, send care packages to our military overseas, collect food for local food banks and bring Christmas presents for less fortunate children. In addition, the school participates in an annual “penny wars” competition in which students raise money for special community causes. These service opportunities reinforce what it means to be Catholic; engaging in a meaningful way in the community to see that all are treated with justice and kindness. St. Raymond students in the community are consistently described as the vibrant, diverse, and caring student community that exemplifies the goal of Catholic education.
